Weighing myself

It was suggested to me, by my online support group that I not weigh myself for a week.  I know it dictates my daily mood and attitude.  So starting tomorrow, my challenge for myself will be to see how long I can go without weighing. 

I did finally hit the 199.6 mark 10/30/10   YIPPPEE SKIPPY!!!
