4YEARS AND MAINTAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello All,

It's hard to believe that 4 years ago today I was 413lbs.  Now I am a fit and trim149lbs. Yes that's a total of 264lbs gone but not forgotten.  Life is great!!!!  To all my fellow survivors keep your headup and stay focused.  To all those recent members of the surgery club...it will get better.  To all those thinking about having the surgery...only do it for you (don't do it to please or keep someone in your life because if that's your only reason you will fail).

To the surgery class of 2005, we rock!!!!

Love you all no matter where you fall on the weight loss scale of success.
