Am I losing fast enough?

good morning. I need some opinions. I had spent surgery on Dec 14th. At that time, I weighed 210 lbs. I'll be four weeks out on Monday. I've only lost 12 lbs, and nothing in the last four days. Does this seem normal? Im kind of disappointed. Anyone else in the same boat?
Day after surgery

Had my surgery yesterday at HRRH. I can't believe how good I feel. Felt pretty good yesterday also. Pain is minimal, more like a bit of discomfort. I just walked the whole 10th floor. No nausea or anything. I've had a great experience here at HRRH. The nursing staff has been fabulous and everyone has been great. I am so happy. Let the journey begin.....
