Meatloaf!

Today I ate a small piece of meatloaf and it didn't kill me.  It was well mulched and I chewed each nibble about 40 x, but it was almost like real food.  I feel can see the light at the end of the tunnel.  The one that leads to me making only one meal for all.

A happy day for me!
