1/19/2010 FIRST DAY AT THE GYM

WOW IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING FEELING. I HIT THE TREADMILL FOR 15 MINUTE RUN AND 15 MINUTE WALK WITHOUT BEING TIRED OR OVER WORKED. I NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT EVER BEFORE. I DID A COUPLE OF WEIGHT LIFTING EXCERSIS AND ABOUT 15 REPS EACH TO GET KINDA USE TO DOING THE ROUTINE. IT FELT GOOD TO KNOW I CAN ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT. SO CHEERS TO ALL MY PEOPLE THATS HEADING TO THE GYM! IM DOWN ANOTHER 2 POUNDS SINCE SATURDAY. THANK GOD!
