"I sent an email to Dr. Jetté and was astonished when he wrote back to me. It wasn't soemone else writing on his behalf... He took the time to answer my questions. I immediately made an appointment with his office. My first impression of Dr. Jetté was that he was extremely thorough and very approachable. I was a bit aprehensive because I'm an anglophone and speak some french but was concerned about how I would communicate my medical concerns with Dr. Jetté. You can imagine my relief when we were able to communicate in both languages. Never once did I feel uncomfortable with him. He answered all of my questions, gave me research material and helped me to make the greatest decision of my life. The surgery went very well. Since then, I have been back a number of times to have my band adjusted. He constantly provides me with resources and tips to help me with my weight loss. He is so encouraging and has a fantastic sense of humour. I am so thankful to him and all of the staff who work with him. They have made this challenging journey, pleasant and virtually worry free. I strongly urge anyone contemplating the gastric band to consider Dr. Jetté for their surgeon. His compassion and professionalism are extraordinary. "
