This yr will be 6 yrs post open rny gastric bypass surgery. I've been able to somewhat maintain my weight. But for some reason in the last five months I've gained 25lbs. It is very depressing I loss a few lbs but go back to 178lbs. I don't know what else I can do. Does anyone have any suggestions?
