On my second year weigh in at 157.50.. i could loose 25 more pounds but i'm happy where i'm at. I've had a few problems but learning to live with all the life changes. But loving the new me.

Almost a year ago i was just a little under 200lbs.... i do not miss those days... life has gotten better.. i just got remarried... life has truly changed for me. And i'm loving it....

I weighed today and the scale said 197.2 lbs. omg i was so excited and i couldn't believe it. this is one of the most happiest days of my life.

After many years of being overweight and trying so many ways to try to loose weight i finally made the decision to have the surgery rny. I have waited for this to happen for about 3 yrs. Then i had to go see the dietian for 6 months and finally May 19, 2011 i had the operation. The first 3 days i really dont remember but once i was home i knew i had made the right decision. I am a bit disappointed that i'm 4 weeks post op and have only lost 11 lbs. I have lost several inches i can tell by my clothes. but just wished more pounds would come off.
It has been a bit hard emoitionally because i miss the food but i know my mind has to adjust to my new life.

Lord, give me the faith, the strength and the hope to meet the challenges of each new day with a heart that's always filled with love and joy!

I'm in the teen's... i'm 218 lbs as of today August 14th....

today's weight is 223 lbs

today my weight is 236 lbs....

Weight 241 lbs.

feeling very disppointed because according to scale i've only lost 11lbs.  i've lost a lot of inches. i've been flowing doctors menu and instructions...
