 So I hate to say it but I have gained 13 lbs. oh I'm so disappointed with my self. I can feel the weight gain. uhhhhggg. I hate it, what a ugly cycle of bad choices.  I joined a back on track group on here. I think i got so wrapped up in the new me the old me was sneaking out. DANG IT!!!!!!
okay so I need to do the fallowing

Make and change choices.
journal food,emotion,vits, whats going on.
continue to exercise every day
 get the protein, water, calorie log going
carry a bottle of water allover the place

no fluid at food time 30 minute waiting after.
3 hours between meals and 2 for snacks.
STOP GRAZING AND PLAN A DAYS FOOD.
did i say stop grazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will give my self a big hand because i joined the YMCA and have 4 days of exercise classes i go to.
hormones have been on a crazy track and not helping
its all choice i get it, now I got to do it for me again.
