12/2004 I hadn't realized it had been so long since I had updated my profile and page. So I've gone through my profile and updated the questions and answers there. I had lost 225lbs after my WLS but gained about 100lbs back-just from grazing. I had also become an alcoholic. I had exchanged the lack of food for alcohol. That put the weight back on. Tried to kill myself a year ago and finally got help for that. In finding help for the alcohol and depression I found help for the food addiction as well. The weight has been coming right off again. I've lost 75 of that 100 I put back on. I'm not exactly where I want to be weight wise yet...but I am headed there again. I am back down to 205. I started off at 400. That still is a pretty impressive weight loss to me. --hugs, Cheryl
