It's been awhile!

Well its been quite some time since my last post. I must say that this journey has been bittersweet. I cant say that anything would have prepared me for this moment and space in time. I am so greatful for having WLS it has given me a new chance at life. To date I have lost 110 pounds. But I have been at a stall for almost 3 months. One good thing is that I have not gained any wieght but I have not lost any either ;-(.Since WLS I have been experiencing muscle spasms in my upper back. The doctors cant say for sure why or how long they will last. They go back and forth on if they are related to the weight loss but the one thing I am happy about is that they can't say what they used to say before surgery, "It will be resolved with weight loss" I am not sure if I want to loss anymore. I ideally would like to lose another 50 pounds but with the severity of the muscle spasms I would be happy right where I am if I can just get my back back in line. I never had back problems before so this is new to me. I'm on muscle relaxers and pain meds all day. But on the bright side I HAVE LOST 110 POUNDS!!!! I'm excited about life!!!
