3+ month update

My scale has not budged.    I feel like a failure!   I had an appt last week and got a 2cc fill.  I am FINALLY feeling restriction, which is good.  Dr. Weiger said it is not uncommon for someone not to lose in the first month or so.   But I have to confess (as I did wth him), I was not good to myself.   I think I'm going to need another fill.  I am still able to eat more than I should.  My biggest problem is drinking with my meal.
