I was 3 years out yesterday. I celebrated by going to the mall and buying myself a sweater and a jacket. I have had a little bit of regain but I am okay with it. I am the size that is comfortable and healthy for me. I have had no complications and I am so glad I had the RNY surgery.  no regrets at all. I am happier and healthier.
