got some answers today - Went to the Dr today I am down to 295.........I have lost 31lbs since surgery and 41 total.... I really cant tell a difference yet hopefully I will start to notice something soon b...

not doing it right!!!! - ohh where to start.....31/2 weeks out,I am not getting in my protein, liquids, and somedays not even my vitamins......
My pouch feels so full I cant take my asthma or allergy meds...

10-12-11 - went to my DR yesterday....I have lost 17lbs since surgery ;o( I just really thought it would be more, but Im not complaining....so far its 28lbs....had my sons 18th birthday part...

I messed up ;o( - I am on day 4 post op and was feeling pretty okay.....so me being the smart person I am (OCD) I decided I was okay enough to do some laundry...well needless to say I am now hurting...
