I have lost 10 pounds in the last month.  Only 56 to get back to my happy weight.  I have been eating better and exercising on my Wii.

Tuesday's Nose Dive

Today I have wanted to eat everything.  I packed a good lunch salad and tuna, but eating a salad and piece of fry chicken breast.Why can't i make the better choice with the tuna?

B- d-Lite Sandwich and Protein bar
S- Banana, 3 granola nut clusters, small bag rice/corn cheese puffs

Monday - new week new start

I can be very good when I am at work.  The temptation comes when I am at home.  With a one year old running around the house and a husband who is clues about eating healthy it it very hard.  I need to be better prepared at home with easy to grab or make meals and snacks. 

This weekend was ok with Halloween.  I only eat one small pack of m&ms.

Picked up a new book Eat This and Live.  It is very good, It is very religious based, I need that. 

B- Jimmy Dean D-Lite Breakfast Sandwich, Banana
S- 100 cal Nip Chee, 28 almonds
L- Smart One - Lasagna
S- Apple; Cheese Stick

Trying something new.

I am going to start blogging.  Hopfully the IT guy will not block me from this.  I NEED to make myself accountable for my actions or non actions.  I have tried really hard this week to cut the sweets and sodas out.  I do really good at work with the potions.  I think I might try eating from my lunch containers at home when I eat my dinner and snacks.  The food scales have been shoved to the back of the counter.  I will be dragging those back out along with the measuring cups.  I will also be posting what I have been eating.  Next goal is to get back in the gym.  I have to work out a firm schedule with my husband.  It has to be done I DO NOT WANT TO GAIN ALL OF THE WEIGHT BACK!  I am steady going in that direction.  I need to change my course!
