Trying something new.

I am going to start blogging.  Hopfully the IT guy will not block me from this.  I NEED to make myself accountable for my actions or non actions.  I have tried really hard this week to cut the sweets and sodas out.  I do really good at work with the potions.  I think I might try eating from my lunch containers at home when I eat my dinner and snacks.  The food scales have been shoved to the back of the counter.  I will be dragging those back out along with the measuring cups.  I will also be posting what I have been eating.  Next goal is to get back in the gym.  I have to work out a firm schedule with my husband.  It has to be done I DO NOT WANT TO GAIN ALL OF THE WEIGHT BACK!  I am steady going in that direction.  I need to change my course!

S 2 oz dry roasted peanuts.
L 3 (homemade) chicken tenders and one large carrot
