Well joining Lindora has helped me so much. I feel in control again. My eating habits are back to good not perfect but way better than its been for a long time. I feel like my stomach has shrunk again because I get full allot faster than I was before getting strict again. I'm almost down to my lowest weight since surgery. I hoping to lose more though.
