colon cleansers???

I am almost 4 years post-op and wanted to know if we can do the colon cleanser?  I have gained almost 30lbs back and I feel like a failure!!!  I really need help getting back on track.  My private e-mail address is [email protected] if anyone wants to talk to me off board.
