Happy anniversary to all

Happy Anniversary to all that had surgery in the month of July. It's almost my 1st anniversary. July 25th was a day that has changed my life so much. I am close to goal. I haven't lost any weight in about 2 months. I don't really care if I lose anymore or not. I do want to lose the last 3 pouds so that I can say that I am half the person that I use to be. I do need to get back to an exercise routine but I don't have time since I am working 2 jobs. I barely have time to sleep much less do anything else. I do make time to go swimming and tubing. I pretty much stay on track with my eating but I can eat just about anything without it making me sick. It is tough to stay away from bad foods. I do drink alcohol and I know that's not good for me. I keep it to a minimum. Hope everyone has a great summer. Paula RNY 7/25/04 280/143/140
