Two months out !!
Two months out and doing just fine, no problems at all. Eating different foods now and some of the same ones before the surgery. People that see me now are noticing that something is different with me and I tell them and they seem to be supportive. I have a couple friends that are over weight and they are treating me different than before. Buts that's OK they can have there vues but my family and I are doing great. I'm getting more active everyday and so is my family, this is helping us all!
SW-394, SW-377, cw-319, gw-225, Went from a 58" waist to a 48" waist in two months I was a 48" waist 22 years ago. WHAT A TRIP THIS IS!!!!!!
