One Year down.. Many more to come

One year ago today I was shaking in my boots waiting and waiting for my surgeon to hurry up and get me into the O.R. I was so nervous I almost walked out!
I am so glad I didn't !
I haven't had an easy year, to be perfectly honest. But it has been so worth it to me
I started out at 274 pounds. This morning I was 133. Over 140 pounds are missing. That number stuns me on a regular basis, my surgeons goal was for me to lose 114. Right now I am pretty thin.. You can see all of my ribs.. It's a strange place to be.. I'm still losing, this week I've lost three pounds. I'm not trying and in fact I think I wouldn't be too upset to stop lol..
I just got my referral for plastics.. At least for a consultation. I have a LOT of skin. Hopefully my weight will stabilize soon and the next year will be a lot healthier

Congrats! That is awesome! My 1 year is in 3 more months and I would love love love it if I could be 133 ... I'm 143 right now, but not sure if I can lose 10 by end of jan... Do you remember what you were at 9 months out?

 I was 155 on July 13th.. So, you just might pull it out :) I did get lucky this week and lost 2 1/2 pounds lol.

2.5 lbs in one week would be a dream for me at this point lol over my last month check in from sept 23 to oct 23 I only managed 4 lbs that whole month... And 1 lbs from oct 23 to oct 28..... If I can manage at least 3 per month between now and jan 23 (crossing my fingers) I just might be able to pull off a 133 like you!!! You have done soooo great! Congrats again! I really hope my body follows your footsteps... I'm so happy for you!

Well thank you Miss! It's been a very hard year to be honest.. Had a few issues.
I have slowed wayyyyy down as far as weight loss goes, but, I'm still losing. This week was an exception. I think you are doing terrific! But the bigger issue is how you feel!! If you are feeling good, don't stress about the number
