5 Weeks & A few days

Well, I recently hit my 5 week mark. I still have not lost much weight. In the last week I think I lost 2lbs. I am hoping for that 2nd pound when I look at the scale this morning. I have been tolerating more and more. Things are getting better that way. I started a birth control called seasonique so I can reduce my periods to 4 a year, but now I am having bad PMS cravings and that is not good. I still get full after a few bites of anything, but the sick feeling is getting better. Last Friday (today is Sunday) my husband took me to GNC to help me find a protein drink that works for me since I cannot tolerate protein shakes. We found the chocolate flavored OH YEAH (Ohyeahnutrition.com ) is the best. I am able to tolerate it well and it is 32g of protein. I am trying to drink 2 a day. I noticed I am not as dehydrated as I have been, I am getting a little more energy, and I THINK I am starting to lose weight again. I also increased my calories a bit so I can try to see if that will help me lose weight. I Think I was getting less than 100 calories a day before, now I am double that at least. Yesterday I had a protein shake for breakfast, 2 bites of roastbeef lunch meet for lunch, a veggie burger for a snack (about 3/4 of one) and for dinner I had a bit of boneless wings (and did not get sick, but I ate small bites and ate really slow). I did not even eat one full wing, but it was still good. Then I had a lot of unsweet tea, about 32oz , and a full protein shake. Things are finally looking up....if I can start losing again, I will be even better. If not, I will crawl in a hole and cry. Wish me luck!
