I found a great new app for my phone & for the last 5 days have used it religiously I love this app!! Myfitnesspal it's the best!! So I downloaded this app to see why I have gained 30 lbs over the last 4years... Well I found out to my surprise I was eating over 100 carbs a day smh wow I had no clue, so needless to say the last 2 days i have done a lot better, & will continue to get to under 50 carbs & keep it that way. Wow was I shocked at how many I was getting. I will get this weight back off because I feel like a fat cow!! My self asteam  has plummeted so I'm doing this to feel better about myself again we all get off track but now I'm getting back on although last night I did get hungry I just ate a PC of ham & cheese rolled up together to combat it & it worked well. Yeah me

 

anyone know the " estimated" cost for a penni with a tummy tuck? & if you get a penni does it cover all of the excess skin or just the abdominal area? im trying to research it to get the finances in check before going any further, also what weight of excess skin do they usually take....anyone that has had it done how many pounds did they remove? sorry for so many questions but any advice from plastics people would be great. thanks also if i need to post this on a different board how do i do that? only way i no of to post anything is in my blog!

i am so happy with my new self aside from a very saggy body.... will be working harder to firm... i am happy even if i dont loose anymore weight rite where i am, i can do alot more than i used to i feel more confident but still have a ways to go before i am 100 percent confident, i always have been sort of a wall flower so that is hard to get over the shyness.. since surgery i have recently gotten a divorse.. not due to the surgery the marriage was on the rocks for awhile i guess i just had to get the courage up to end it!! & i did after a long & bitter divorse it is over & i have moved out of michigan & into the wonderful state of fla.  i cant find a pic that will let me change my avatar they all say to big so im gonna keep that one i guess, but i do heve recent pics on my pics page... i am getting all my protein & vitamins in daily although some days its a struggle with the protein thank god for the liquid form it helps a ton!! i am wearing a size 9 in jr sizes or a size 6-8 in womens lg tops never thought id be this small dont think i have been this size since maybe my lower teens!! wow the yr has realy flown by to, alot of changes im still trying to catch up with them myself..lol... all for the good though i love my ds i wouldnt change a thing i have so far not had any problems....nock on wood... sorry im not writing more often but im not much of a writer i like to stand back on the sidelines & watch sometimes comment but not always, someday maybe i will stop trying to blend in with the wallpaper but old habbits are hard to break!!

does anyone know how the chewable vitamins taste from bariatric advantage website?? the ones for ds surgery? tropical flavor any input would be great thanx ahead of time

wow i went to walmart yesterday & am currently wearing a size 16 pants but they are loose so into the dressing room i took a size 14 & 12 tryed the 12 first [wishful thinking ] and to my amazement they fit perfectly!!! i am still smiling ear to ear cause im wearing them today! i havent been this size since i was a kid. im sooooo happy. still dont see a thiner person in mirror but it may come some day just verry happy about size 12 oh i also bought a belt, never wore a belt before it made my to big pants stay up & they arent uncomfortable like i always thought. waiting for a new wardrobe till the loosing stops at least for a full wardrobe.

almost below the 200 mark, wow havent been this light in over 16 yrs.!! very happy cant wait for the scale to go below 200!! i will be jumping for joy, weighing still only 1x a month to keep dissapointment at bay usually around the 15th of the month.

the stalls are verry annoying but im used to it now, i bought a cheep calorie,fat,protein,carbohydrate tracker to see where im going wrong. still trying to figure that one out i think its with the carb's. but even though im stalled more than moving downward im adjusting & going with the flow i have a hard time reminding myself that my surgery was in dec. and i will probably struggle with every pound but it will come off!! excercise would realy help i just dont have the ambition most days but today i walked to a freinds house aprox 1 mile away maybe 1 1/2 im not sure but i was very proud of myself im a fast walker just walking normal & got to her house in 25 min. so i was happy!!
