Nervous About Optifast 3 Week Diet

Starting the Optifast diet in a couple of days. I'm scared that I will become so hungry that I will throw up my hands and head for the fridge.  I have to stay in control for the next 3 weeks. I have to do this. I have waited too long to screw everything up. I begin November 1st and my surgery at Humber River is on November 23rd.  I have my PreOp on the 10th.   I'm not scared. i'm excited to finally get my life started.  I can't wait to run in the park with my children and sit on the floor with them playing games.  I want to hike with my husband when we go camping and ride the rollarcoasters at amusement parks.
