"Very professional. Office staff is courteous and efficient. He tends to be brief and to the point. He is excellent in his field. The busiest surgeon in his office. The office has classes that assist with aftercare, but I attend one locally, closer to my residence. I cannot comment on the aftercare for his program as I am from out of the area. The risks of the surgery were addressed in a video, through a packet and via interviews with him and various office staff. Overall, I would rate him an A+. I believe surgical competence is worth more than bedside manner, however both are necessary for patience feeling of security."
