That dang carb monster tracted me down.. Between Monday and Wednesday I managed to (over time) eat half a bag of animal crackers! It was snacking while at work. I hate my job there is to much down time that allows for snacking. This morning I bought carrots to snack on if I needed one. So I am doing much better today.

Breafast: EAS Protein Shake

Lunch: Carbmaster Yogurt, Carrots dipped in Peatnut butter

Dinner:.... yet to happen. Maybe another protein shake I am not really hungry right now.

Afternoon Snack: Fresh Fruit

Evening Snack: Ugh... Totrilla Chips which made my pouch unhappy the rest of the evening
