Ok time for my daily accountability....Breakfast: Half an EAS protein drink (still drinking it)
Lunch: Half a deviled egg sandwiich made with Mayo and Onions on a Honey Wheat Sandwich Thin
Snack: The other half of my sandwhich
Dinner will be Meatball subs with marinara. I dont think I will have the sub roll. My plan is to not have the sub roll, but we'll see.
I bought 10 carbmaster yogurt and 4 individual packs of carrots this morning. I realized if I only ate 2 yogurts a day and snacked on carrots it would only cost me 6 bucks a week for breakfast and lunch!
I had another WOW moment today. I went to Ross at lunch to look for some new tops. Since I had a reduction of the girls all my tops just bag on me. Well the first wow was for kicks I tried on a button up shirt (which I could never wear before because the buttons always pulled) in a juniors medium size and it fit PERFECT! I was shocked! Second wow was they had a tank top sweater I grabed in a Misses SMALL and it fit!! A SMALL! WOW! I am liking this being back on track all of a sudden I get wow moments I havent had in a year. They are VERY motivating to keep going!

Dinner I opted to go for the sub roll and I could only eat half of a half of a meatball sub. not nearly enough protein so i will have a shake after my 30 mins.
