Well 4 days ago I was in the hospital recovering from wls. I'm doing well, tired and moving slow, but moving.  I've lost about 12lbs since the 7th of Agu. Not feeling any hunger so having to stay on top of my fluids and protien. but so for so good.  I have to say thank you for all the wonderful family, friends, and support i've recieved.  It has made this so much easier.  Only odd thing that comes to mind is that I got hick-ups when i needed to drink.  Too funny, my own built in fuild reminder.
