In the begining.....

here goes my first blog.... I cant beleive my surgery is just 3 weeks away... Empire BCBS EPO seemed effortless in getting approval... i thought for sure i would be one that had to appeal and appeal... I had a multitude of testing but no 6 month diet thing. I was approved by the insurance company in less than a week from my last appointment. So now i am in prep mode... i would equate it similar to nesting when i had my son... cleaning the house.. buying vitamins.. ordering stuff on line... making a list checking it twice.. today i am going out to buy a mini food processor and some new measuring cups and spoons and a food scale... my vitamins should be ariving today. My PB2 should be here friday. I have a bunch of nectar samples to try still and i have 2 tubs of different kinds of chocolate protein. I got some SF syrups from marshals the other day and even preop they are delisious. Ice trays are on my list of things to get for making stuff ahead of time. I got a magic bullet for christmas... that thing is awesome..Besides the CIB my nut also mentioned alba beverage mix... i found some at king kullen and it is delicious. it is thicker and more like a shake. I found some itty bitty containers that are like 2oz each from the dollar store that came in a package of 10 so hopefully i will find a use for them. So I am officialy in prep mode... maybe to keep my mind off things i guess as though i am very excited i am scared shitless!
