Liquid diet

ok so i am at day 2 of my liquid diet... i knew this was going to be hard... but this really sucks... I think it is harder cause i work sooo many hours.. plus aunt flo decided to show up for once... this is making it more difficult... today was easier than yesturday, but i am still hungry... I got a whopper of a headache today... guess im going through food withdrawal lol... if rny can just get rid of my growling belly i will be in a much better place.. i never realised just how many food commercials there are! seems  like one is on evey minute!  i know i can do this! i know i will do this!
