count downs

Well my first count down was to 200.. YES i did that ... now the next is the loss of 100 pounds from when i started at my highest weight of 286 .. which means i only have 10 pounds to go .. then it will be a count to 100 lost from my surgery weight of 277... man which do i go by? ... and then i will need to set a new goal .. hmmmm any suggestions?
