1 year appointment

well yesterday i had my 1 year appointment with my surgeons office. with them it's offically 120 pounds loss! WOW what a change in a year.. of course i still have a bit to lose but thats ok  beleive you me. where do i start with the chamges? of course the weight is a differeance .. 286 down to 165! clothes from 26/28 to a 14! bra from a 46 DDD to a 38DD! going up and down the stairs and not being out of breath! taking LONG walks and not having to stop at every vertical thing to rest! my back doesn't hurt any more! from 3 blood pressure pills and an asprin to 1 pill at its lowest dosage! ooo yeah... i can cross my legs like a woman ... at the knee not my ankle on my knee! .. ooo and then there is the shocked look on everyones faces when you see them for the first time in OVER a year... their like OMG!  .. i dont think i would have ever been this WOW in all my life! .... as for eating .. YES i do watch what i eat YES i do listen to my body telling me i am full or that maybe that food wasn't right for me... and thats ok... YES i do take my vitamins and b12 and calcium.. THATS ok ... watch for my 1 yr picture soon! .. WOW what a differance a year can make !!!!!
