Slow and Steady

Slow and Steady Wins the Race as they say. and yes we are at that point now. i am down to 181 now. and yes it has slowed down a bit. but if i look back at the last 9 months. OMG it honestly  has gone faster then i could have ever dreamed possiable. i found a coat in the back of my closet this weekend and it was from (no one have a heart attack) 20 yrs ago. as i have a picture from the winter of 1998 standing on this lot before our house was built. shivering in the cold in this coat ... i tried this coat on (a large) and OMG it fit. its still a tiny bit snug but it fit!. i thought "man i can't beleive it" ... i guess it is slowly sinking in .... i am and have lost weight. i AM below 200! i AM feeling better! THIS IS THE NEW/OLD ME!
