My surgery was three weeks ago and I have gone from a size 18W to a 14 in that short time....surreal.

On 11/23, I will be advanced to soft foods.  I already eat cream soups, mashed potatoes, baby food on purees.  Whats on the soft food list?  Anything soft that can be tolerated?

Am I allowed protein shakes 3 days out?

does anyone have trouble getting down a capsule of omeprazole?

anyone experience severe pain in left side under breast? It feels like the same pain as gas shoulder pain but 3 x worse. Is this a pulled muscle, has, or a spasm?

My surgery is scheduled for 8am tomorrow morning. I am a ball of nerves.... Some helpful advice for the 24 hours after and first week would be great. What did you drink for the first 24 and week?

My sugar is dropping very low and I am not diabetic. I've almost passed out from no carbs, no sugar, and no caffeine.
